The Best Thanksgiving Outfits

Well, one of the best holidays is just about a week away! Pull out those stretchy pants!

I didn’t start ‘celebrating’ Thanksgiving until a couple years ago. Since the age of 6, I was always away at a big Irish dance competition called ‘Oireachtas’. This regional competition was always held out of town anywhere from Chicago to Canada! From ages 8 – well.. two years ago I would spend Thursday-Sunday at the dance competition. Thanksgiving day was spend usually with room service or delivered pizza to my hotel room.

I stopped competing at Oireachtas when I was about 18 due to an injury, came out of retirement for a year to dance, but have been instructing my students ever since. This is the 1st year in 20, yes, you read that right (boy that makes me feel old) that I will not be attending the competition.

With that being said, I have more time to eat, I mean, remember why I am thankful for everything in my life! Here are some adorable pieces I have been eyeing for November 24th.

1 | This cute loose top would be adorable with a high waisted skirt of pair of tight jeans.

2  | Free People knows how to do a sweater. This bell sleeve beauty pairs well with a statement necklace.

3 | Distressed jeans are still on trend. As the weather gets colder, opt for a pair that are not over the top and can be paired with a basic top.

4 | This plunging tank will hide the belly after that second helping of mashed potatoes. – it’s under $20!

5 | Does the H&M sweater not scream comfort? Throw on some leggings and OTK boots and you are set!

6 | The holidays are the time to bust out the fun embellished shoes and accessories! These beauts are under $150!
