Happy birthday America!
I love Fourth of July! Everyone is in a great mood and you can really feel the patriotic atmosphere almost anywhere you go! It also makes me appreciate all the opportunities I have as an American and how you can really can make your dreams come true. *Bald eagle flies by* but for real, being able to have this blog as a hobby is such a fun thing!
Another girl boss that went for it is Lizzi Weasler. I had the pleasure of teaming up with her to showcase off some of her stunning pieces from her boutique called Lizzibeth. I have been a fan of the local store, located in the Historic Third Ward, for years now. Finding trendy pieces at a great price is a win-win situation.
This white top from Lizzibeth is on trend for so many reasons! I loved the ruffle detail incorporated with the cold shoulders too. I paired it with a vintage necktie and some strappy heels.
Check out her Lizzibeth’s newest styles here!
When you planning on taking photos and it is a not so beautiful Summer day, you go to the Kimpton Journeyman and get a glass of prosecco to make it work! I met so many adorable furry friends and had a blast touring the hotel. If the Outsider Bar isn’t on your happy hour list, make sure you visit their stunning rooftop bar!
I have had the hardest time finding the best dark distressed jeans… So I took matters into my own hands and made my own. I have washed them a few times and they keep getting better and better! Would you be interested in a DIY post?
Pugs are my ABSOLUTE favorite! These two were so sweet!
