The Perfect Weekend Top.

Happy weekend!

Finding a timeless, but also trendy top can be very difficult these days. At least for me, being a 29 year old, it’s hard to find something that is cute, but not old lady or the opposite. I never want to be the person who dresses inappropriate for my age, but I also do not want to look like an unfashionable 60 year old.

I found this beauty at Tobi. You may have seen pervious posts (here and here) that I love this brand! Affordable, great quality, and always on point. I currently have a shopping bag full of dresses for a bachelorette party I’m going to in Las Vegas in a couple months!

I feel like this top could be worn SO many different ways. With a skirt and boots like I have shown, or with a pair of distressed jeans and heels. I played around with the ways of tying it too and it’s just an all around great top!

I hope you don’t get annoyed with the amount of photos I am about to post… BUT I couldn’t really narrow it down.

Being a goof as usual 🙂

  1. Cute outfit, but careful with those “unfashionable 60 year-old’” remarks. Some of us are very fashionable!

    1. Thank you! OH believe me, there are plenty of women older than me that are WAY more fashionable than me! Haha 🙂

  2. I understand where you are coming from! I am 33 and have hard time not dressing too matronly but then end up wondering if I am too old for what I am wearing. This top is perfect.

    1. Exactly!! It is hard to find the perfect balance of being fashionable but keeping it age appropriate! Thanks for reading Jamie!
